One of my favorite workouts, it is full body, high intensity and leaves you feeling refreshed and wanting more! Not only is the workout amazing, the community is what keeps me coming back. Being a military wife, we move around a lot and it is hard to meet people. Pure Barre is full of so many amazing like minded individuals ready to cheer you on in the world. Really, there is nothing like it!!
