I’ve known the Livingston family since high school, so whenever I come to Michigan we try to plan a time to get them updated photos! Each time I’m here their family has grown and it’s been so cool to watch over the years! We met at Island Lake State Park on this beautiful sunny day right by the water. They also had three generations present for this session. How cool is that? These are family photos they will all cherish for years!

The kids were great in front of the camera! We even had a few very sweet moments of the older boys holding the youngest in the family. Literally the cutest.

They wore the best neutral outfits, which complimented the backgrounds at Island Lake State Park so well. I’ll never get tired of beautiful Michigan backgrounds in the Fall! Sign me up any day! We captured a lot of organic, lifestyle moments between all of them – my FAV. Kiddos laughing with grandma, sleeping newborns and snuggling toddlers. These real life moments are the ones you will want to remember!

In the last part of their session the sun was hitting perfectly and we got some beautiful golden light photos. I seriously love photographing the Livingston family every year when I’m in Michigan and seeing their family grow. It is SUCH a joy to be involved in families lives as a Michigan lifestyle photographer.
